I've worked with Chad three times, after being referred to him by someone with a long-standing relationship. So far, I’ve had him help me find a rental, find a renter for my condo, and finally sell my condo. He is personable and very knowledgeable about the South Florida markets.
When listing my unit, he made sure to get amazing photos that highlighted the condo and all the things I loved about it, which helped attract the right tenant. I appreciate that he is direct and communicative. I always knew exactly what was going on in both finding my renter and selling my unit, which always made me reassured no matter the situation. As with almost every real estate deal, we ran into road bumps, but Chad helped us navigate them with ease. In fact, one hurdle seemed too big to overcome and I lost a qualified buyer, but within days, Chad had found a new buyer and we closed in record time a few weeks later.

I am a client of Chad Levin and I thought it would be appropriate to send you a letter regarding my experience with him these past six months. My first interaction with Chad actually began last year when he was representing potential buyers for my property in Homestead. After six very long months of negotiating with banks and each other, the contract fell through due to lack of funds. A year later, my ex-husband and I were caught in the middle of a real estate, depression, and our situation felt hopeless. After the pain that ensues post divorce, this was not only financially devastating, but emotionally taxing as well. Once we decided to move forward with the short sale negotiation, the task of finding an extremely aggressive and determined Realtor had begun. Chad stood out immediately among literally hundreds of interactions with Realtors, recommendations, and referrals. It was impossible to forget how diligently he worked with the buyers a year earlier, and I truly feel lucky to have been represented by him.
He single-handedly executed the sale of our property during an extreme real estate depression in a neighborhood that is completely saturated with foreclosures. The fact that he sold our house and negotiated the short sale with the bank is a true testament to his character, dedication, and perseverance. I can truly say that I have never met a realtor like Chad, and it’s not often that you encounter individuals so dedicated to their jobs in any profession ( and that’s coming from someone who works in academia with PhDs on a regular basis) Throughout the process, Chad used constant communication, and was extremely clear about what he needed from us to be successful. I never once worried that he wasn’t following through, and it wasn’t uncommon to open emails from him that had been sent late at night or on the weekends.
I don’t think I can accurately put it into words how grateful we are to Chad for getting us through this final chapter, and I feel strongly that RE/MAX is extremely fortunate to have him as a member of their team. I have had many interactions with Realtors in the past, and I can say, without a doubt that Chad‘s integrity and dedication to what he does is extraordinary.
