Last September we called you to get some information regarding our house to find out what it was worth and see what we needed to do in order to get ready to sell. You came over and told us you could sell this house in three weeks. We were surprised, and the last thing we expected was to sign a contract to put our house on the market. But we did, because you projected such confidence and we figured we would give it a go. Not only did you sell it in three weeks like you promised, you sold it in three days !! You exceeded all of our expectations, going above, and beyond what was expected of a realtor. Since we live in New Jersey, it was difficult for us to be available for the necessary inspections, appraisals, and needed repairs. But you were there for everyone of them and even when we had a hurricane threatening our area you stepped up and closed all our shutters without us even asking. And to top it off, you had ta few electrical outlets installed for us to pass inspection Also, we made a friend as Jim and I felt an instant connection with you as you are so very personable kind and funny. After having poor experiences with other realtors on my journey to buying my first home, I stumbled upon Chad (he was the selling agent for a property I saw online) and I could I instantly tell he was on his game. My first interaction with Chad actually began last year when he was representing potential buyers for my property in Homestead. After six very long months of negotiating with banks and each other, the contract fell through due to lack of funds. A year later, my ex-husband and I were caught in the middle of a real estate, depression, and our situation felt hopeless. After the pain that ensues post divorce, this was not only financially devastating, but emotionally taxing as well. Once we decided to move forward with the short sale negotiation, the task of finding an extremely aggressive and determined Realtor had begun.
